IMPORTANT UPDATES PLEASE READ

PYL is the league the West Eng Gators play in. They have updated the birthday cut offs effective immediately. Please see visual chart below and sign up for appropriate level.

Please read to following statements.

1. Head coaches receive 1 free player registration. Assistant coaches (max 2 per team) receive 50% registration. Refunds to be processed at the end of the season.
2. ***Double Rostered Players*** At the Biddy, Midget, and Knee Hi levels players may NOT play IN GAMES for another team in ANY league once Games begin. This is a league rule and may result in fines to the organization and a season forfeit for the entire team.
3. HEAD COACHES NEEDED for Tball, Coach Pitch, Knee-Hi in the fall. No coach, No team and all registrations will be refunded. July 24^th will be the final day for a Coach to step up.

6. Player/Roster Priority

6. 1. Returning players from the previous season get a spot on their team.  
   2. Existing West End players moving up divisions (May be asked to try out if roster will exceed capacity) 
   3. Existing West End players who have been inactive (those who only play either spring or fall for example). Returning players may be asked to try out if roster will exceed capacity, regardless of division.  
   4. New players to the West End who have experience at same or prior division.  
   5. New players to West End, new to baseball.  
   6. If capacity is exceeded, evaluations or cuts may occur depending on coach availability in the order listed above. Try outs for AL division, priority above DOES NOT APPLY.
